We will review your current systems and operations to determine where/how we can help improve your position and/or circumstances.

Reviews of policies and procedures

We will undertake an in-depth review of your real estate holding(s) policies and procedures to assess where we could help you realize increased productivity, develop and/or improve time management skills, procure better pricing on goods and/or services required, and better manage your asset(s).

Understanding and review of legacy supports, contributions and obligations

We will meet with you to determine what governance requirements you have to ensure the mandate of your organization is fulfilled as it pertains to your holdings.

Operational review and assessment of building condition and financials

We will undertake a physical inspection of your building(s) to determine the current condition and to make recommendations for any repairs, improvements and updates that may be indicated from the review. This report would be delivered with a suggested timeline and cost analysis. Additionally, we would advise on and help to procure the appropriate people/companies to address them.

We will complete a review of your current financials, as they pertain to your real estate holdings. Following the review, we will make recommendations to maximize efficiencies and offer suggestions for adjustments, if required.

Mentoring of Operations team – working together to maximize functionality and better manage asset(s)

Working with a collaborative approach, we will coach your existing team to a better understanding of the intricacies of real estate and to better manage the day-to-day requirements to protect the often biggest physical asset of your organization. Through hands-on instruction and guidance, we will help them master the various functions involved to improve productivity and results of their efforts.

Specifying/coordinating projects from design through construction for both renovations and new builds.
